Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the procurement of raw materials to Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products.
  • Act as an intermediary between the company and local suppliers, ensuring the best partnership and product quality.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers to obtain the best quality materials at the most competitive prices.
  • Manage end-to-end merchandising processes, including supplier selection, product evaluation, pricing strategy, and trading terms.
  • Work closely with internal teams (production, quality assurance, finance, and operations) to ensure timely supply and quality consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance, market trends, and cost efficiency to optimize procurement strategy.
  • Achieve category targets in terms of cost efficiency, quality improvement, and profit margin.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Supply Chain, Business, or anything related).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or merchandising, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with local suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Having an existing local supplier database is a strong advantage.
  • Highly committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on an on-site setting Monday-Saturday.
  • Willing to be placed in Bali.
