Job Responsibilities:

  • Fully accountable and responsible to exceed sales revenue and margin targets for Eminet's IT and managed services solutions for the hospitality sector.
  • Business development of global, regional, and boutique hospitality brands/operators.
  • Build strong traction of Eminet's hospitality IT solutions targeting hotel property owners' representatives.
  • Manage and develop Eminet's hospitality IT product lines, working with solution vendors and principals (networks, security, servers/storage/backup solutions, digital guest experience, IP voice, managed services, etc.).
  • Identify new product opportunities, vendor partnerships, and technology trends relevant to customer needs.
  • Work closely with Eminet's in-country direct sales team to develop and win projects.
  • Prepare sales proposals and sales quotations for prospective customers.
  • Manage end-to-end good customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of hospitality IT solutions selling experience to global and regional hotel brands/operators.
  • Good and wide network of hotel owners, customer base, and contacts with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and regularly develops new targets, leads, and accounts.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven experience and record in C-level solution sales.
  • Proactive, team player, result-oriented, able to communicate with all levels in a customer organization.
  • Regional ASEAN sales experience is highly desirable.
