What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Support the Credit Policy Manager in identifying gaps between current credit policies and the latest OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations.
  • Review and develop credit policies for both existing and new products.
  • Communicate and socialize any policy changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Credit Policy Manager in the Credit Policy Committee.
  • Collaborate with Business and Analytics teams to improve credit policies.
  • Maintain and manage all credit policies as well as develop the annual review process.

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and consistency.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in credit risk management, policy, or governance.
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn from others and continuously develop professional knowledge.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams; teamwork is considered more important than individual capability.
