Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on foreign exchange transactions and related services
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities and risks for the bank's forex portfolio
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the bank's forex offerings and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of forex solutions to customers
- Monitor and report on the performance of the bank's forex business, identifying areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in forex management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a forex or foreign exchange role, preferably in the banking industry
- Demonstrated expertise in forex market analysis, risk management, and product development
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present insights
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
