Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you.Responsibilities* Lead and manage a team of analysts responsible for identifying and acquiring high-net-worth individuals for the bank's Treasures segment* Develop and implement strategies to expand the Treasures client base, including market research, client segmentation, and targeted outreach campaigns* Oversee the analysis of client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize the Treasures acquisition process* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Wealth Management and Private Banking, to ensure a seamless client experience* Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators* Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's overall Treasures acquisition strategyRequirements* Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry* Proven track record of leading and managing a team of analysts or relationship managers* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful client acquisition strategies* Proficient in the use of relevant data analysis and customer relationship management (CRM) toolsApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
