Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new Treasures clients
- Lead a team of Treasures Wealth Associate to achieve client acquisition targets and ensure exceptional client service
- Analyze market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored wealth management solutions to clients
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or a related field, with a proven track record of client acquisition
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in the use of relevant financial and wealth management software
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards
