Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including tellers, customer service representatives, and other staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best
- Collaborate with the regional and central teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve the branch's performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze branch-level data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Represent the branch and the bank in the local community, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Requirements
- Strong understanding of retail banking operations, customer service, and sales management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using relevant banking and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
