Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Kami mencari tenaga Gardener (Tukang Taman) yang bertanggung jawab terhadap kebersihan, keindahan, dan perawatan area hijau di lingkungan hunian.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Merawat tanaman, rumput, dan pohon di area taman atau fasilitas umum kawasan
  • Melakukan penyiraman, pemupukan, pemangkasan, dan penyiangan secara rutin
  • Menjaga kebersihan area taman, selokan, dan jalur pedestrian
  • Melaporkan kondisi tanaman yang rusak, mati, atau area yang membutuhkan perbaikan
  • Membantu kegiatan landscaping atau penataan ulang taman jika dibutuhkan
  • Menyapu area kawasan

Kualifikasi:

  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani
  • Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang pertamanan menjadi nilai tambah
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah pengawasan serta secara mandiri
  • Bersedia bekerja pada hari Minggu dan libur nasional secara bergantian
