Your Responsibilities:

  • Learn and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Apply OKR (Objectives and Key Results) for structured project execution
  • Implement the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle to ensure continuous optimization
  • Stay updated with trends in social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising
  • Actively contribute ideas and collaborate with the team
  • Maintain accuracy, strong time management, and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills
  • Stay curious, proactive, and open to growth opportunities
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining creativity and enthusiasm

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Enjoys creative problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • English proficiency at a working level

What You'll Learn & Apply:

  • Understanding and building effective marketing funnels
  • Setting up and launching ad campaigns using Google Ads
  • Conducting keyword research for precise targeting
  • Writing engaging ad copy and managing tags via Google Tag Manager
  • Creating ad extensions for better visibility
  • Managing and optimizing campaign performance
  • Analyzing ad data to extract actionable insights

Key Skills (Required):

  • Ability to interpret Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads dashboards
  • Strong copywriting skills for digital advertising
  • Creative and analytical mindset
  • Skilled in data-driven performance optimization
