Are you a fresh graduate ready to dive into the exciting world of digital marketing? What You'll Get:

  • Internship Allowance: IDR 1,000,000/month

  • Exposure to a variety of creative tasks from video editing and design to social media content creation
  • Hybrid work setup: 3 days in office and 2 days remote after the first month
  • Full on-site schedule during the first month for onboarding and team integration

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative, copywriting, and advertising teams to produce engaging and high-quality video content
  • Manage video materials from organizing raw footage to delivering final edits
  • Ensure all visuals align with the brand identity and campaign objectives
  • Handle multiple video projects simultaneously and support other teams when required
  • Commit to a full on site work schedule in North Jakarta for the first month, followed by a 3-month hybrid internship (upon mutual agreement)

What We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates (SMA/SMK or University) majoring in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Film & TV, or related fields
  • Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, or VN
  • Familiar with the PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) workflow
  • Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for visual detail
  • Able to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling video content
  • Capable of producing up to 3 edited videos per day
  • Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about continuous learning
  • Willing to work on-site in North Jakarta (5 days a week during the first month)
  • Fully dedicated to the internship not involved in freelance or side projects in similar fields
