Job Desc:

  • Assist in preparation, submission, and monitoring of legal and corporate documents.
  • Manage and maintain virtual office clients, including communication, and record updates.
  • Assist clients in the registration of personal and corporate bank accounts.
  • Liaise with bank representatives and ensure documentation completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate document preparation, submission, and follow-up for Visa, KITAS, KITAP, and related immigration processes.
  • Manage submissions and documentation with Dukcapil (Civil Registry) for domicile letters, family cards, and related records.

KPI:

  • Contribution to ad-hoc compliance or reporting tasks for Corporate Secretarial team
  • Successful submission and completion of immigration and civil registry requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling
  • Obtain the best client ratings on a weekly basis for feedback (Target: NPS Project score for each project minimum 9 / Google Review equal to 5 star)

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in (Law / Public Policy / Business Administration / Management) from a reputable university.
  • At least 1 year experience in (Government Relations / CRM / General Affairs / Customer Relations / Business Development).
  • Client and detail-oriented , with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing & Listening).
  • Familiarity with Indonesian administrative systems (Immigration, Dukcapil, OSS, Bank registration) is a plus.
