We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager
who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting our B2B & retail distribution channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers (B2B & reseller)
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and coordinate with operations & logistics
- Maintain customer data, pricing, and order history accurately
- Achieve sales targets and support monthly sales planning
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle basic after-sales support
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotions and campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, account management, or sales administration
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Comfortable using CRM, ERP, or sales tracking tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in FMCG, food ingredients, or B2B distribution is a plus
