Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. MASH APAC, a leading creative agency working with major tech clients, is searching for their Social Creative Lead to drive social-first content strategy across the Asia-Pacific region We're helping them fill this position.

If you're a trend-obsessed creative who lives and breathes social culture and can turn a viral moment into a fully-formed concept before lunch, this is the role for you.

Requirements:

  • You have a creator mindset combined with strategic thinking and executive presence
  • You're deeply plugged into social media culture and can spot trends before they peak
  • You have strong project management skills and can wrangle multiple stakeholders
  • You're comfortable balancing creative agility with corporate brand requirements
  • You have experience with content production including editing and design
  • You bring expertise in entertainment, tech, and startup content verticals
  • You're proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable in a remote work environment
  • You have experience localizing content across APAC markets

Responsibilities:

  • Spot and shape culturally relevant content ideas that keep the brand ahead of social trends
  • Translate product and marketing priorities into social-first strategies tailored for APAC audiences
  • Generate disruptive, unconventional concepts that move culture and connect with target audiences
  • Partner with strategy, analytics, and media teams to refine concepts into data-driven campaigns
  • Drive ideas from concept to execution, managing end-to-end production including editing, design, and launch
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, and legal teams
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives and provide training that elevates local teams' creative output
  • Develop insights, toolkits, and playbooks that strengthen brand creative impact across the region
