  • You're a social media native with your finger on the pulse of emerging trends and internet culture
  • You have a creator mindset combined with strategic thinking and executive presence
  • You're tech-savvy yet consumer-centric, able to balance brand goals with authentic social content
  • You can move fast—turning opportunities into fully-formed strategies and concepts within hours
  • You have strong project management skills and can coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
  • You're experienced in content localization and understand APAC market nuances
  • You have expertise in entertainment, tech, and startup content verticals
  • You're comfortable working in Google Workspace and managing creative workflows
  • You bring sharp creative judgment and thought leadership to every project
  • You thrive in environments that require both agility and corporate operational discipline

Responsibilities:

  • Spot and shape culturally relevant social content ideas that keep the brand ahead of trends
  • Translate product and marketing priorities into social-first strategies that resonate across APAC markets
  • Act as a creative powerhouse, generating disruptive concepts that move culture and connect with audiences
  • Partner with strategy, analytics, and media teams to refine concepts into data-driven, business-aligned campaigns
  • Drive ideas from concept to execution, managing end-to-end production including editing, design, and launch
  • Coordinate between regional and local marketing teams and their agencies to deliver authentic brand content
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives, offering training and guidance to elevate local teams' creative confidence
  • Provide insights, toolkits, and playbooks that strengthen the brand's creative impact across the organization
  • Balance social media speed with corporate requirements, ensuring brand alignment and necessary approvals
  • React quickly to viral moments and turn them into strategic brand opportunities
