About the role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Creative to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and impactful social media content across multiple platforms.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualise and produce visually compelling social media content, including photos and videos
  2. Collaborate with editing the team to review content that aligns with client objectives and resonates with target audiences
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative
  4. Manage and optimise the performance of social media campaigns, analysing data to inform future content strategies
  5. Work closely with the copywriting and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels
  6. Contribute to the development of social media content calendars and editorial plans
  7. Participate in any meetings and presentations to share your creative vision and ideas

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a social media creative or digital marketing role, preferably within the advertising or media industry
  2. Strong creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate brand messaging into engaging social media content
  3. Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud and other content creation tools, such as Canva or Figma
  4. Understanding of social media platform algorithms and best practices for audience engagement
  5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  6. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
  7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations
