Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive social media strategy for Veinova, Veinera, and assigned client brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook — from insight and planning to execution.
  • Shape and execute a distinct social strategy for Veinera that positions it clearly as a creator marketing intelligence platform for brands, agencies, and creators.
  • Convert business and product goals into clear social roadmaps, content pillars, campaign concepts, and platform-native plans with defined KPIs.
  • Build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars with clear outputs, owners, and timelines that directly support growth targets.
  • Create and publish platform-native content based on the approved strategy and calendar — including writing captions, guiding visuals, and ensuring brand and message consistency.
  • Lead creative direction end-to-end: narrative, angles, hooks, formats, scripts, briefs, shotlists, and posting flows to keep content on-brand and performance-driven.
  • Use analytics, trend tracking, and social listening to review performance, define "scale / fix / stop" actions, design experiments to improve results over time, and collaborate closely with creators, UGC talent, production partners, founders, and clients to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Who You Are

  • Strategic operator with strong hands-on execution in social; thinks at roadmap level and delivers content consistently.
  • Proven track record in startup or high-growth environments; comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and constant iteration.
  • Highly organized and accountable; manages a fast-paced, multi-brand workload using calendars, systems, and documentation, and iterates quickly on feedback.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital campaigns, preferably in an agency or startup and across multiple brands.
  • Tech- and trend-savvy; up to date on platform changes, creator economy shifts, and culture, with solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (algorithms, formats, audience behavior).
  • Metrics- and outcome-focused; actively uses engagement quality, retention, CTR, saves, and conversion signals to guide decisions and next steps.
  • Clear, proactive communicator based in Indonesia (Bali / Jakarta preferred), strong English; bonus experience with beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or F&B brands and creator/influencer marketing.
