  • Digital tools expert: Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, Meta, TikTok, Canva, Notion, Sheets

The Role

You will create, manage, plan, and execute the digital strategy across SEO, Social Media, Content, and Performance.

This role is for someone with deep experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn insights into real business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. SEO Strategy (Core Expertise)

  2. Develop full SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)

  3. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and traffic forecasting

  4. Create content strategy for organic growth

  5. Monitor and improve rankings, impressions, CTR, and conversions

  6. Manage link-building and content optimization plan

  7. Social Media Strategy (Core Expertise)

  8. Plan multi-platform social media strategy (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube)

  9. Build content pillars, tone, and monthly content calendars

  10. Work closely with creative team for high-impact visuals & copy

  11. Track and optimize engagement, reach, and growth metrics

  12. Lead campaigns, challenges, hooks, and viral ideas 3. Digital Campaign Strategy

  13. Create integrated digital funnels for brand awareness conversion

  14. Understand Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads basics (able to plan)

  15. Develop KPIs for paid & organic campaigns

  16. Analyze campaign data and optimize performance

  17. Analytics & Insight * Track using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights

  18. Create weekly/monthly performance reports

  19. Turn data into actionable strategies

  20. Identify growth opportunities early

  21. Content Direction

  22. Guide copywriters, designers, and video editors

  23. Approve final content before posting

  24. Maintain consistent brand messaging

  25. Ensure content aligns with campaign strategy

  26. Leadership & Coordination

  27. Work directly with management

  28. Coordinate with Creative, SEO, Ads, and Social Media teams

  29. Ensure all tasks follow deadlines & KPIs

  30. Mentor junior digital staff
