About the Job

Sebagai AI Corporate Consultant, Anda akan menjadi penghubung strategis antara kebutuhan bisnis klien dan solusi AI yang dapat memberikan dampak nyata. Anda akan terlibat langsung dalam proses konsultasi dengan jajaran eksekutif dan membantu mendorong pengambilan keputusan di level korporasi.

What You'll Do

  • Lead high-level consultative discussions with C-level executives, directors, and business owners to uncover real business challenges and strategic AI opportunities with our Head of AI Strategist
  • Diagnose and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable, and scalable AI solution strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute pitching sessions together with the Head of AI Strategist to ensure every opportunity is maximized.
  • Develop enterprise-grade proposals, solution blueprints, and ROI/impact projections that drive executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to design the most effective solution architecture for each client scenario.
  • Manage, nurture, and convert the sales pipeline, supporting negotiation stages and driving deals to a successful closing.
  • Operate with a high-performance, KPI-driven mindset, where all activities are tied to clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Focus on one thing only: TARGET ORIENTED & delivering results.

What You Need

  • Pengalaman 1–3 tahun sebagai Pre-Sales, Business Consultant, atau Corporate Solution Specialist.
  • Sangat target-oriented dan terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI & revenue goals.
  • Tidak cocok untuk kandidat yang mencari gaji aman tanpa target — excuses are not accepted.
  • Percaya diri dalam komunikasi dengan klien corporate di level manajemen.
  • Kemampuan analytical thinking, business sense, dan problem-solving yang kuat.
  • Pengetahuan dasar mengenai AI, automation, dan digital transformation (nilai tambah).
  • Mampu melakukan presentasi dan konsultasi secara profesional.
