Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
AI Agent Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy
autonomous and goal-driven AI agents
using the latest advancements in LLMs, memory systems, tool integrations, and reasoning frameworks. You will work at the intersection of
machine learning, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and real-time APIs
to build intelligent, adaptable, and autonomous agents that can perform complex tasks across domains such as customer support, research, sales, coding, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Design & Development

• Architect and implement AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and vector stores.
• Implement planning, memory, reflection, and reasoning mechanisms to create intelligent behaviors.
• Fine-tune or configure LLM backends to optimize performance for use cases.

LLM Orchestration & Prompt Engineering

• Design advanced prompt chains and multi-agent dialogues that simulate real-world reasoning.
• Develop agent personas with distinct roles, tools, and communication styles.
• Leverage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with contextual memory, embeddings, and document loaders.

Tooling, APIs & Integration

• Integrate agents into products or platforms via REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, or messaging protocols.
• Build or connect to vector databases, semantic search engines, and internal tools.
• Implement observability, logging, and feedback loops for continuous agent improvement.

Testing & Evaluation

• Design agent evaluation pipelines using synthetic and real tasks (e.g., task success rate, hallucination rate, latency).
• Monitor performance metrics and implement fallbacks for graceful degradation or human-in-the-loop systems.

Collaboration

• Work with product managers, data engineers, and UI developers to deploy agent capabilities into customer-facing products.
• Stay up to date with advancements in LLMs, multi-agent systems, and agentic architectures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, LangChain, or similar orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, and model APIs.
• Experience with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant).
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and memory systems.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, and system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph, Azure/GCP/AWS).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Understanding of human-AI collaboration, ethical AI, and security in agent-based systems.
• Previous experience deploying LLMs in production-grade AI applications.
