Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist at Katalis AI. The role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the possibility of some work from home. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing affiliate marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive affiliate partnerships and revenue growth. You will also strategise and create plans for entire portfolio, and manage other affiliate marketers.

  • Design and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, revenue), generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure all content produced by KOLs and affiliates adheres to brand guidelines, legal regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead the onboarding and management of affiliate partners and KOLs across different tiers and industry categories.
  • Expand and maintain a strong database of active affiliates and creators, building long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and manage budgets for affiliate and KOL campaigns.
  • Strategize, develop, and execute affiliate marketing programs to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Handle end-to-end campaign administration, including creating agreements, quotations, invoices, and processing affiliate/KOL payments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Performance, and Creative teams to optimize affiliate performance and ensure campaign success.
  • Develop compelling campaign storylines and short video concepts tailored to platform and brand needs.
  • Monitor content execution by affiliates/KOLs to ensure alignment with creative briefs.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly), generating actionable insights and reporting results to internal teams.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands on experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Specialist, or Influencer/Talent Management.
  • Familiarity with creators across multiple platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
  • Experience in managing affiliate marketing campaigns (TikTok & Shopee)
  • Experienced in managing strategy for affiliate marketing programs to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Skilled in maintaining relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and support to optimize performance.
  • Familiar in affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Up-to-date on industry trends in both influencer and affiliate marketing to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
