Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Global Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will develop and implement international marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive global growth. Day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, creating marketing materials, managing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to align marketing initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and engaging with diverse audiences across various regions.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in marketing, content strategy, or product marketing (global experience preferred).
  • Strong writing and content development skills with ability to simplify complex products.
  • Experience building GTM plans for product/feature launches.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, customer personas, and messaging frameworks.
  • Able to collaborate across time zones and with multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to execute quickly.
  • Familiar with SaaS, B2B, or tech product environments (preferred).
