Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and selection.
Must hold at least one professional certification in the HR field, preferably issued by BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency), such as:
HR Supervisor Certification
- Certified Recruitment & Selection Officer (CRSO)
- Performance Management Certification
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws (Job Creation Law and its derivative regulations).
- Proficient in operating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct CV screening, interviews, and job offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies from various channels.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and data analysis.
