Qualifications:

  1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law.

  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively and efficiently.
  2. Conduct CV screening, interviews, and job offer negotiations.
  3. Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies from various channels.
  4. Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and government regulations.
  5. Prepare periodic recruitment reports and data analysis.
