Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
Mengatur strategi, mengevaluasi dan mengorganisir seluruh program atau kegiatan operasional unit Rumah Sakit terkait kepegawaian agar dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku di Corporate, Unit Rumah Sakit, dan Ketenagakerjaan.
- Memantau dan memastikan semua kegiatan operasional terkait kepegawaian berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan standard dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Membuat dan menyusun Rencana Kerja Anggaran Tahunan (RKAT) terkait operasional (fasilitas makan karyawan, MCU tahunan, kelengkapan alat kerja karyawan, dokumentasi, dll).
- Memastikan semua proses administrasi kepegawaian sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, termasuk proses, penerimaan karyawan, internal mobility beserta pembaharuan dengan sistem perpanjangan kontrak, pengembangan (pendidikan, pelatihan) sampai dengan pengunduran diri sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Menjalankan proses dan persiapan akreditasi terkait SDM di Rumah Sakit berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Memastikan semua pelayanan terkait kebutuhan SDM sesuai dengan SLA yang ditetapkan.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan S1 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai HR Manager/Supervisor di Rumah Sakit
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait Human Resource Management & Operation
- Mampu menganalisa data HR dari berbagai area (Rekrutmen, Training, Operational, Organization Development, dll)
- Pengalaman menjalankan dan melakukan persiapan akreditasi Rumah Sakit terkait fungsi SDM. Lebih diutamakan akreditasi di tingkat nasional (KARS, dll).
- Memiliki kemampuan managerial, leadership, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Cilegon, Banten.
