  1. Melakukan aktivitas penjualan suku cadang produk yang diagenkan perusahaan.
  2. Bertindak sebagai jembatan komunikasi terkait kebutuhan spareparts antara dealer dan pelanggan di Site.
  3. Membangun, menjaga, dan mengembangkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.
  4. Berperan sebagai representatif perusahaan dalam menawarkan produk dan layanan spareparts kepada pelanggan.
  5. Membuat penawaran harga (quotation), melakukan negosiasi hingga penutupan transaksi.
  6. Melakukan kunjungan kepada pelangan guna menawarkan solusi layanan yang sesuai kebutuhan.
  7. Menyusun laporan penjualan, melakukan pendataan pelanggan dan melakukan feedback penjualan secara berkala.
  8. Memantau stok dan kebutuhan permintaan spareparts.
  9. Menangani keluhan pelanggan dan menyelesaikan masalah teknik pasca penjualan yang berhubungan dengan spareparts.
