Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in
Surabaya
, Indonesia, for a Project Sales Manager. The professional will oversee the sales process by identifying and targeting potential clients, developing relationships to understand project needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Incumbent need to ensure the achievement of sales revenue according to company target and to increase market share at maximum profitability through an effective sales strategy implementation and monitoring performance of main distributors and/or project partners that cooperate with company.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in managing sales pipelines, and achieving targets
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the construction materials industry, sustainable solutions, and market trends is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • A strategic mindset with an aptitude for analyzing market data and developing actionable sales strategies
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the construction, building materials, or related sectors is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure to achieve results
