About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Electrical to join our team at PT. Pratama Teknik Inti Prima' in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position, playing a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. As the Project Manager Electrical, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the electrical work, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring all electrical work is completed as per project requirements
  2. Managing a team of electrical contractors and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  3. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to coordinate activities and resolve any issues that may arise
  4. Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  6. Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong focus on electrical projects
  2. Thorough understanding of electrical systems, design, and installation processes
  3. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to changing project requirements
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
