• Salary Range: IDR 3.5 – 4.5 million/month

Requirements:

  • Willing to work onsite in East Surabaya
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Experienced or familiar with project management
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to grow
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, website development, AI tools, and Human Interface Guidelines is a plus

  • Manage end-to-end international projects, ensuring goals and timelines meet client expectations
  • Act as a bridge between clients and creative teams, maintaining clarity and alignment
  • Communicate progress and updates sincerely and professionally
  • Anticipate potential risks and develop proactive solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams with structure, empathy, and purpose
  • Use project management tools to ensure smooth progress and on-time delivery
