Job Description Summary:

  • Lead and manage overall building and company facilities (including fleet management, office service, asset management, residential and building maintenance) to ensure all services to runs smoothly and provided on time.

Job Description:

Demonstrate strong leadership and good management skills
1. Establishes and leads the general affair shared services for both Upstream and Downstream company.

Ensure all services needed by the company to run smoothly and provided on time
1. Plans, develops, and implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company.
2. Develops team performance based upon KPIs and to implement them up to vendors and third parties outsourcing.

Ensure all the company's asset can be recorded and maintain properly.
1. To administer and maintain company's asset, by providing necessary statistic records based upon company system.

Ensure all the service provider expenditures are monitored and delivered in a manner that meets company's need.
1. Support to reduce company operational expenses by review and reduce recurring expenses, such as workspace occupancy, utility cost, maintenance cost, and conduct necessary campaign to implement it.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Civil/Engineering from reputable University.

  • At least 10 years of experiences in office building and interior projects.

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Good analytical skill,

  • Good leadership , able to lead the team.

  • Reliable and demonstrate high level of integrity; able to uphold company values and maintain professional conduct at all times.
