About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a distinguished leader in the Sumatra Area, overseeing diverse business units across the Automotive, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, and food and beverage industries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, encompassing engineering, maintenance, security, and cleanliness within the mall environment. 
  • Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives are implemented efficiently and aligned with budgetary constraints.
  • Manage vendor and contractor performance to uphold agreed-upon service levels.
  • Collaborate with tenants and internal stakeholders to maintain building policies, uphold safety standards, and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Drive and execute continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the overall customer experience

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Facility Management, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in building or facility operations, including at least 5 years within mall operations or large-scale commercial properties.
  • Solid expertise in building systems—such as MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety—along with vendor management and familiarity with relevant government regulations.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage crises effectively.
  • Flexibility to be on-call and supervise operations during weekends and public holidays as necessary.
