As an F&B Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing performance, and leading teams to achieve operational and financial targets across our F&B division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with proven experience handling multiple outlets.

  • Strong operational capability in SOP implementation, service quality, and problem-solving.

  • Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, and basic P&L analysis.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistency and service excellence.

  • Monitor sales performance, operational costs, and customer satisfaction to achieve business targets.

  • Implement and maintain SOPs for service, kitchen operations, hygiene, and inventory control.

  • Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and operational teams to build a high-performing culture.

  • Conduct regular outlet visits, operational reviews, and corrective action plans to improve performance.
