MooMoo is one of Indonesia's fastest-growing modern baby brands.

We blend cute × cool × emotional × functional into every product and story we create.

We are now looking for a Brand Visual Designer who can help shape our visual universe —

from illustration style, IP development, packaging art direction, to social-first creative.

This is not a typical graphic designer role.

We're looking for someone who understands brand feeling, not just brand assets.


Role Summary

You will craft the visual language that defines MooMoo —

a warm, modern, soft, emotionally expressive world that resonates with young parents.

You will collaborate closely with our product, content, and creative team to explore visual storytelling, build our illustration system, and strengthen how MooMoo "feels" as a brand.


What You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain MooMoo's visual identity system (colors, shape grammar, emotional tone).
  • Create illustration styles, character exploration, and emotional micro-scenes.
  • Support packaging design direction (layout, key visuals, brand storytelling).
  • Build visual concepts for TikTok & Instagram (cute, modern, shareable).
  • Collaborate with product designers on product look & feel.
  • Experiment with new ideas for brand world-building.
  • Ensure consistency across all digital & physical brand touchpoints.

What We're Looking For
Core Skills
  • Strong sense of modern cute, soft minimal, emotional expression.
  • Ability to think beyond graphics — into brand world-building.
  • Portfolio showing illustration, branding, or character-driven design.
  • Experience in lifestyle, beauty, baby, or modern consumer brands is a plus.
  • Strong color sensitivity and clean layout skills.
  • Comfortable exploring concepts and proposing creative directions.
Mindset
  • Curious, experimental, playful but structured.
  • Able to express emotions through visuals (micro-expressions, subtle gestures).
  • Story-driven thinking.
  • High aesthetic standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-moving team.
Bonus
  • Studied or worked abroad (SG, TW, KR, EU preferred).
  • Experience with motion or simple animation.
  • Knowledge of product packaging and lifestyle brand visuals.
  • Familiar with TikTok/IG creative trends.
