Job Overview

Summits Group Indonesia (MyVenus / MyDerma (Banobagi Jakarta) / MySkin) is looking for a Brand Designer who will be responsible for leading the overall brand design identity across all group brands. The role covers the planning, creation, and management of all design touchpoints, including websites, brochures, merchandise, packaging, business cards, and investor materials. This position plays a key part in ensuring consistency and scalability of our brand identity.

A separate designer already handles social media content.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the brand design system for all Summits Group brands
  • Design and enhance the UI/UX of MyVenus and MyDerma websites
  • Create printed materials such as brochures, name cards, merchandise, and packaging
  • Develop design materials for offline consultation events and exhibitions
  • Produce key visuals for online campaigns and advertisements
  • Maintain design quality control and manage brand design guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Web, and Operations teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–7 years of design experience (branding experience required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience in developing brand identity systems
  • Experience in both digital and print design
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with beauty, medical, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience leading website renewal or redesign projects
  • Strong ability to produce premium and emotionally driven visual work
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Understanding of Korean design trends
