Responsibilities:

  1. Design innovative and visually compelling concepts for window launch campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  2. Arrange product displays to ensure they are attractive, original, and aligned with the brand's identity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns and seasonal themes.
  4. Maintain consistency in visual merchandising standards across all displays.
  5. Oversee the sourcing, procurement, and upkeep of props and fixtures.
  6. Conduct store visits to assess and reorganize displays for optimal presentation.
  7. Train and supervise teams to elevate the quality of in-store visual merchandising.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Management, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
  2. 3–5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising retail.
  3. Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a flair for innovation.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  5. In-depth knowledge of current trends and advanced visual merchandising techniques.
