- Create and maintain store layouts, floor plans, and product displays to optimize product placement

- Lead and train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices

- Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of visual displays and conduct store visits to audit standards.

- Manage budgets for display materials, oversee the installation and maintenance of displays

Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field

- At least has 3 years experience as Visual Merchandising Manager

- Experience in a retail environment, understanding of sales statistics and consumer trends

- Have a great leadership, communication, and creativity skills

- Loyal and willing to work under pressure

- Willing to mobile all around Indonesia
