About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in shaping the in-store visual experience for PT Lock & Lock Indonesia in the Flagship Division, a leading provider of high-quality home storage solutions. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging displays that showcase our products most compellingly, driving customer interest and increasing sales.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement creative in-store display concepts to showcase PT Lock & Lock Indonesia's product range.
  • Ensure all stores maintain a consistent brand identity and visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and store operations teams to align visual merchandising with broader promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor store displays and make timely adjustments to maintain optimal product presentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to store staff on best practices in visual merchandising.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve the in-store visual experience.
  • Collaborate with the team members of the Flagship Division.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or similar.
  • Proven a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail design principles, color theory, and product presentation techniques.
  • Excellent creative and problem-solving skills to develop innovative display concepts.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed.
