Job Description:

  • Develop concepts and designs for in-store and window displays on a regular basis in line with current trends.
  • Define the layout of display items, furniture, accessories, interiors, backdrops, window displays, and store exteriors.
  • Select and manage suitable suppliers for the production of visual merchandising materials.
  • Supervise suppliers during window display renovation or installation projects.
  • Coordinate the distribution and inventory of visual merchandising materials across stores, including for sales exhibitions.
  • Conduct research on visual merchandising trends of local and international diamond jewelry retailers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in visual merchandising, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and current retail trends.
  • Experienced in coordinating with vendors/suppliers and overseeing display production or renovation.
  • Good project management and coordination skills.
  • Able to conduct visual trend research (local & international).
  • Willing to travel to stores and exhibitions when required.
