About the Role:

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that support product design, branding, and other creative needs. Working on the development of new product concepts, packaging, and advertising materials you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all visual content aligns with Howel & Co's brand identity and captures our customers' attention.

What we are looking for :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creative design or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Skilled in creating both digital and hand-drawn illustrations (point plus)
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong visual design sense
  • Able to interpret design briefs into effective visual output
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What you will do :

1. Design for Product & Packaging

  • Create visual concepts and mockups for product and packaging designs
  • Develop color palettes, layout variations, and final artwork files
  • Coordinate with suppliers to finalize designs from sampling to production

2. Create Visual Content for Marketing

  • Design assets for social media, website banners, catalogs, and digital campaigns
  • Adjust and relayout existing templates for seasonal or special content
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative team to execute brand-aligned visuals

3. Support Internal Design Requests

  • Respond to design requests from other teams as needed
  • Assist with the creation of layouts and visuals for internal documents or initiatives
  • Ensure consistent design quality across all touchpoints and proper file management
