Hello Sosplan Creative is looking for a Creative Director in Jakarta that l
eads the brand's creative vision end-to-end
, ensuring every campaign, visual, and message reflects a cohesive and compelling identity. They guide a multidisciplinary creative team, turning ideas into high-impact work that elevates brand perception and drives business results.

Responsibilities

  1. Developing and managing key creative and innovative directions for brands, campaigns, and projects at Sosplan Creative based on social media behavior and platform best practices.
  2. Transforming insights and strategies into powerful concepts, narratives, and designs.
  3. Overseeing the creative process from start to finish, from brainstorming to final delivery.
  4. Lead, guide, and develop creative strategies and teams, building a culture of innovation and collaboration (designers, copywriters, strategists, editors).
  5. Collaborate with all internal teams to align creative work with business objectives.
  6. Stay updated on creative, digital, and cultural trends to ensure Sosplan Creative's work remains relevant and future-oriented.
  7. Explore and integrate new creative tools, technologies, and platforms.
  8. Represent the creative vision in client presentations and pitches, helping to win and retain key projects.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in the creative field (agency, production, or brand), with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and integrated marketing work.
  3. Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and design thinking skills.
  4. Visionary and bold in ideas, yet grounded in business strategy.
  5. Proven ability to inspire and lead teams under tight deadlines.
  6. Ability to work in Jakarta (WFO) and travel frequently.
