Bithour Production, a Jakarta-based advertising agency and production house, is currently seeking a Creative Director Intern. As a Creative Director Intern, you'll be at the heart of our creative advertising agency, contributing to the artistic direction of our campaigns. This internship offers a golden opportunity to learn from seasoned creatives, shape inventive campaigns, and develop your creative leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop visual concepts that align with client briefs.
  • Create visually captivating content, including graphics, multimedia elements, and other creative assets.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively conveying and pitching creative ideas.
  • Engage in design projects encompassing both digital and print mediums, such as social media content and marketing materials.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency and ensuring high-quality standards across all creative materials.
  • Help bring visual and written content to life across different media platforms.
  • Review and provide positive feedback on creative work to ensure it aligns with client goals and brand identity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and creative innovations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and design skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A deep passion for creative thinking and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, taking direction while contributing to the creative process.
  • Strong time management skills with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the creative industry.
  • Awareness of current design trends and a commitment to best practices in advertising and branding.
