As a Creative Director, you'll lead the way in shaping our brand's visual identity, creating fresh, compelling designs that bring our vision for Indonesia's payment landscape to life. What your current role should be like?
- Established visual identity of a consumer facing technology product brand from 0-1.
- Lead the end-to-end creative strategy for a brand, translating high-level vision into impactful, cohesive campaigns that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Plan, execute and oversee digital content creation process in various channels including website, social media, in-app, as well as paid ads.
- Able to multitask in driving and streamlining creative initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Lead a team consisting of creative designers, copywriters, content writers or any other creative functions.
- Proven people management skills to coordinate and manage both internal and external integrated production communication and workflows. Ensure the smooth exchange of campaign information and timely delivery of assets, while consistently managing expectations throughout the process.
- Act as the primary creative force from ideation to execution, building the brand's narrative and visual identity from the ground up, including in 0-1 product launches and brand repositions.
- Oversee communication collateral and assets to ensure consistency with communication and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate seamlessly across departments, working alongside product, marketing, and external creative agencies to ensure consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Make data-driven creative decisions, utilizing insights from market trends, audience behaviors, and campaign performance to refine and optimize strategies.
- Maintain a high standard of execution, pushing the creative boundaries to deliver exceptional visual content that engages audiences across digital and offline channels.
What will you do?
- Execute creative concepts that are on strategy across all media and communication channels.
- Deliver creative assets for digital marketing campaigns in-house or working closely with agencies.
- Manage efficient creative asset delivery workflow and be responsible for timing and delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete design projects, pitch creative ideas.
- Continuously research and suggest the relevant creative approaches and styles in design across industries.
- Communicate design ideas with key stakeholders and make the appropriate adjustments based on the feedback on the potential impact and changes.
- Work with cross-functional teams across all functions to understand their marketing communications (majorly internal communications) priorities and translate them into well-rounded campaigns.
- Consistently deliver top-notch collaterals, material, and campaigns on digital and traditional platforms.
- Support external partner firms in the designing of their internal communications priorities.
- Act as the creative and design expert for all things related to internal and marketing communications.
Requirements
What do you have?
- Must have over 8+ years of high-quality experience in advertising and Creative services, digital, Marcom, branding, and communication.
- 2+ years as a professional graphic designer and a Postgraduate or graduate degree in design (is preferable).
- Strong foundation in digital and traditional media, strong experience in B2B communication.
- Producing sketches or 'storyboards' or 'roughs' or 'scamps' to communicate ideas to the team and internal clients.
- Ability to work under pressure - handle crunched timelines, turnaround swiftly and be adaptive to frequent changes in the nature of requests.
- Ability to prioritize and plan efficiently when dealing with multiple requests and stakeholder changes/feedback/suggestions.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe creative suite and presentation tools.
- Understanding of web technologies. Knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage.
- Exposure to current UX practices and tools.
- Understand digital best practices, and design principles as well as being a champion for user experience.
- Recognize design theory, composition, and graphic design and show creative skills beyond 2D and technical knowledge.
