Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and administrative tasks, with a strong understanding of the mining industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment process for outsourced positions
  • Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the company
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 months of internship experience in recruitment or HR administration
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of the mining industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
