are dedicated to promoting environmental awareness and sustainable behavior in Indonesia through creative storytelling, campaigns, and educational content. Our platforms reach hundreds of thousands of viewers monthly through short videos, reports, interviews, and interactive campaigns focusing on waste reduction, recycling, and responsible consumption.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and mission-driven Content Creator to join our team as Admin & Editor, managing day-to-day content operations across our platforms and contributing to impactful environmental storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Editing

  • Plan, edit, and finalize video and photo content for @bulesampah and partner channels (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
  • Maintain a consistent visual and editorial identity across platforms
  • Manage post-production workflows, including subtitles, color grading, and sound finishing

Platform Management & Audience Engagement

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an active online presence
  • Use analytics to optimize content performance and inform content strategy

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and partner agencies on joint campaigns
  • Coordinate production schedules, scripts, and briefs with the core VEL & @bulesampah team
  • Support campaign reporting and documentation for clients and partners

Research & Writing

  • Contribute to captions, scripts, and short-form copywriting in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Stay updated on environmental trends, sustainability topics, and digital media innovations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management
  • Proven track record in managing and growing social media channels
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling and online community building
  • Experience working on environmental, sustainability, or social impact topics
  • Prior experience collaborating with KOLs, influencers, and creative agencies
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Skills

  • Editing & Production Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent
  • Social Media Management: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
  • Content Strategy: Understanding platform algorithms, content optimization, and audience targeting
  • Creative Direction: Ability to translate complex environmental issues into engaging stories
  • Project Management: Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Engagement Skills: Warm and authentic online communicator, passionate about environmental education
  • Language Skills: Clear English writing for captions and reporting; bilingual proficiency preferred
