Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Sales Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, developing new business opportunities, driving sales, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Daily tasks include prospecting, client meetings, sales presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven Sales and Business Development experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Compensation structure predicated on commission.
