Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our hotel's sales and business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue through effective account management, market development, and strategic sales initiatives. The Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Marketing team to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive both corporate and leisure bookings to achieve the hotel's revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed room, banquet, and event revenue goals
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate, group, and travel trade segments
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, travel agents, and corporate clients
  • Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and packages
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, pricing strategies, and market segmentation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
