Position Summary: The Head of Sales for Eatopia Bali will be a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for maximizing revenue across our Catering Services and all our restaurant brands. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bali F&B market, a proven track record in hospitality sales, and a passion for food and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning:
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans for all Eatopia Bali brands, aligning with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
  • Analyse sales data and market insights to adapt strategies and optimize performance.
  • Business Development & Relationship Management:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new corporate accounts, tour operators, event organizers, wedding planners, and other potential revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Represent Eatopia Bali at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Develop and manage a robust client database and CRM system.
  • Revenue Generation:
  • Drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and group bookings across all venues.
  • Promote and sell private dining, catering services, special events, and exclusive buyouts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales packages, promotions, and collateral.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with Restaurant Managers, Executive Chefs, and the Marketing team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality, F&B, or restaurant group sector.
  • Mandatory: Proven sales track record specifically within the Bali market, with a strong network of contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
