PT Sumber Samudra Makmur, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang utama pada perbaikan dan pembangunan kapal (galangan kapal) di Batam, Kepulauan Riau, sedang mencari seorang Head Production Shipyard yang berpengalaman dan berdedikasi untuk bergabung dengan tim kami. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan menjadi pimpinan produksi yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi operasi dan produktivitas galangan kapal kami.

Kualifikasi dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

  • Usia maksimal 40th.
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai head production minimal 5 Tahun di galangan kapal.
  • Minimal S1 teknik mesin atau Sistem perkapalan/Teknik Perkapalan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman membangun kapal seperti : Tugboat, Tongkang, oil barge atau Tanker.
  • Mempunyai jiwa leadership, management team, skill komunikasi yang baik.

  • Memiliki pemahaman mengenai aturan safety regulasi.

  • Memahami dengan baik proses operasi galangan kapal dan teknik produksi.

  • Terampil dalam manajemen proyek, perencanaan produksi, dan penjadwalan.
  • Kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk memotivasi dan membimbing tim.
  • Memiliki pemikiran analitis dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
  • Dapat menghitung dan membuat estimasi material kerja yang dibutuhkan.
  • Mampu mengerjakan laporan paperwork.
  • Mampu membaca gambar konstruksi dengan baik.
