  • Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan kampanye digital berbayar (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Membuat konten visual dan copywriting untuk sosial media sesuai target audiens.
  • Melakukan riset tren digital, kompetitor, dan kebutuhan pasar.
  • Menganalisis performa kampanye digital serta membuat laporan hasil dan rekomendasi.
  • Memastikan semua materi visual sesuai brand guidelines.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing dan operasional untuk kebutuhan konten.
Kualifikasi
  • Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 di bidang Desain Komunikasi Visual, Marketing, atau terkait.
  • Menguasai software desain (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDraw).
  • Berpengalaman dalam mengelola media sosial dan digital marketing.
  • Memahami dasar SEO, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, dan Ads Manager.
  • Kreatif, detail, dan mampu membuat visual yang menarik dan komunikatif.
  • Memiliki portofolio desain (wajib).
  • Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan target.
