Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to support our content, scheduling, and community management across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone organised, creative, and confident in executing day-to-day social media tasks with consistency and attention to detail. You will work closely under the guidance of the Social Media Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Management

  • Prepare and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Assist with writing captions in each brand's tone of voice.
  • Upload content, maintain posting calendars, and ensure timely execution.
  • Collect and organise content assets from internal teams, photographers, and clients.

Content Creation

  • Create simple reels, stories, and social assets using provided footage or templates.
  • Support photo and video shoots when needed.
  • Keep up with trends and propose simple content ideas suitable for each brand.

Community Management

  • Respond to comments and direct messages across platforms.
  • Maintain a warm, professional tone when interacting with followers and guests.
  • Flag important inquiries to the relevant team.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track weekly performance metrics: reach, engagement, growth, and post performance.
  • Prepare basic reports for the Social Media Manager.
  • Identify top-performing content and key insights.

Coordination & Support

  • Liaise with designers, photographers, and clients to gather content.
  • Maintain organised folders and naming structures.

Assist with campaign rollouts, promotions, and announcements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok features and posting requirements.
  • Basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, CapCut, etc).
  • Good writing skills with attention to tone and brand consistency.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and creative environment.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
