Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research, analyze industry trends and competitors, and deeply understand the company's brands.
  • Marketing Strategy: Conceptualize, present, and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
  • Digital Marketing: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, and optimize content for all of our brands.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • KOL/Influencer Outreach: Contact and establish partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influencers who align with our brands.
  • Brand & Content Management: Perform regular brand positioning and promotion strategies, and manage the company's website.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of platform Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok & Facebook.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content across various formats (Reels, Stories, etc.).
  • Familiar with social media tools for planning and analytics.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms.
  • Willing to relocate to Bali.
