Responsibilities

  • Update and manage budget files using Google applications, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Monitor financial data related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Advance Payment Documents
  • Monitor and control Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely processing, accuracy, and alignment with the overall budget and cash flow
  • Verify the accuracy and compliance of documents submitted by departments
  • Prepare monthly cash flow reports
  • Assist with banking documentation and related financial tasks
  • Compare actual financial performance with the budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide administrative support for budgeting and finance tasks as needed
  • Be accustomed to processing and analyzing large data sets, especially using Excel, to support budgeting and financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with payment document regulations and company policies
  • Maintain high attention to detail in all financial tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • At least 4 years of experience in budgeting, finance, and accounting, preferably in the property sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications (Docs, Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in managing AP and AR
  • Knowledge of project property, including understanding project timelines, costs, and budgetary requirements
  • Strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and financial compliance
  • Experience with administrative tasks in a financial context is preferred
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a plus
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is Must
